  50. Customers having problems downloading or installing the Java WorkShop Early
  51. Access software can get limited installation support by phone, by e-mail, by
  52. FAX, and by the WEB.

  55. 1-800-SunSoft. Outside the US call (512)434-1511. Please note that this is
  56. not a toll free call.
